The Virgils buy their first home and the family grows. Friendships emerge. The Virgils, Haases, Jones mothers (Gloria, Violet and Ruby) manage the dance group's affairs. Lefroy teaches the Caribbean dancers to play the steel drums. Lori and Myra become friends.
